We initially hired PJ to help us sell our first home in Brampton not knowing he woud also help us find our dream home in Georgetown! He has shown nothing but professionalism, respect and transparency to both my husband and I. We also found his staff to be very professional and respectful. After using other agents, the thought of finding my dream home didnt look like it was happening. I had so many questions and didnt recieve a definite answer. One day i was in my garage and i met Prabhjot. He was checking on the home he just purchased next door. We started talking. Told him my situation. Wanted to sell my house and buy a bigger one. We talked more and he made me realize it was better to rent my current home and use the equity to buy a new home. BEST DECISION EVER! I was looking for 2 years for the perfect home by myself. Since i met him he has purchased me 2 homes and helped me renovate/rent my current one. All went up in price in the last 2 years. Some agents just want to sell you a home. Prabhjot actually cares about his clients and looks out for their best interest. He is very professional. I highly recommend him. Im looking forward to buying another property through him.
