After using other agents, the thought of finding my dream home didnt look like it was happening. I had so many questions and didnt recieve a definite answer. One day i was in my garage and i met Prabhjot. He was checking on the home he just purchased next door. We started talking. Told him my situation. Wanted to sell my house and buy a bigger one. We talked more and he made me realize it was better to rent my current home and use the equity to buy a new home. BEST DECISION EVER! I was looking for 2 years for the perfect home by myself. Looked at every property that came up in my price range and i found nothing i like. Eventually he showed me a house i didnt see in realtor.ca and i fell in love with the home. Since i met him he has purchased me 2 homes and helped me renovate/rent my current one. All went up in price in the last 2 years. Some agents just want to sell you a home. Prabhjot actually cares about his clients and looks out for their best interest. He is very professional. I highly recommend him. Im looking forward to buying another property through him. Hopefully very soon.
